About Flag Prospect Series
Flag Prospect Series was created to bring structure, transparency and credibility to the rapidly growing world of girls flag football recruiting.
As participation in the sport accelerates across the United States, the evaluation and recruiting process has struggled to keep pace. College coaches often rely on inconsistent film, self-reported statistics and fragmented exposure opportunities when evaluating athletes. At the same time, talented players and their families are navigating an increasingly crowded landscape of camps and tournaments without a clear standard for how athletes are measured or compared.
Flag Prospect Series exists to solve that problem.
Our combines are designed as standardized evaluation environments where every participating athlete completes verified athletic testing, position-specific drills and competitive gameplay scenarios. Each athlete generates certified performance data and video that can be trusted by coaches and compared across events.
The mission is simple:
PROVIDE COACHES WITH BETTER INFORMATION AND GIVE ATHLETES A CREDIBLE PLATFORM TO BE EVALUATED.
Flag Prospect Series is not just another camp or tournament. It is a platform built to help shape the future of flag football recruiting by introducing standardized evaluation, verified data and meaningful exposure for the next generation of athletes.
Jessica Duemig | Flag Prospect Series Founder
Jessica Duemig is a strategic operator and efficiency-focused leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning sports, events, tech startups and advertising. She has built her career at the intersection of performance, people, and execution - helping organizations turn big ideas into scalable, results-driven systems.
A former quarterback at Wellington High School, Jessica competed in the inaugural year that girls flag football was sanctioned as an interscholastic sport in Florida - an experience that continues to shape her perspective on access, visibility and athlete development.
As the founder of Flag Prospect Series, she is rethinking how athletes are evaluated, discovered and recruited in flag football. Drawing on her background in large-scale event production and operational strategy, she created FPS to deliver a more structured, data-driven and professionally-organized showcase experience for players, coaches and families.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief: talent should be measured consistently, opportunities should be accessible and the systems supporting both should actually work.
